SoundOps is an internal scheduling and operations application used by Sound Irrigation Inc.
SoundOps may access Google Calendar data for the Sound Irrigation Google account in order to create, update, retrieve, and manage calendar events associated with customer service appointments and technician schedules.
Google Calendar information accessed by SoundOps is used solely for Sound Irrigation's internal business operations, including scheduling irrigation service appointments, assigning technicians, organizing routes, and maintaining service calendars.
SoundOps does not sell Google user data or share Google user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
Access credentials and application configuration information are stored in secured application infrastructure and are used only to operate SoundOps. Access to SoundOps is limited to authorized Sound Irrigation personnel.
Google Calendar information is retained only as needed for Sound Irrigation's legitimate business operations and scheduling records.
SoundOps's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
